• All Sales are Final and subject to our warranty and return policy.

• Product warranty: 1 year on all products manufacturer and distributed with the exception of  VidiCord™ Product which carry a 2 year warranty.

• Credit Terms: 2/10 Net 30

• Products subject to availability. VCI is not responsible for typographical errors on price list or specifications data.

• Return Policy: All returns are subject to a 15% restock charge if returned within 60 days from date of purchase. Over 60 days VCI will charge a 25% restock fee on all products due to hard drive obselesence.

• All orders totaling $4000.00 or more will ship UPS surface pre-paid. Any other special shipping requested i.e. Red, Blue Orange or FedEx will be billed at full rate.
